Issue:
The washing machine had no LED lights on, and initially, it stopped heating the water.

Repair:
I disassembled the control board and found two burnt-out SMD electrolytic capacitors and a broken SMD resistor.
After replacing the listed components as well as the relays on the front part of the board, the washing machine started working again.
